Look Back path We came
Personal Development program is best Lectures i visit.every day we came we Learn new things.also this is more than lecture we add lots of things to our life.Working with industry we need lots of Experience how to interact with others not only the education.this session teach us how to do work with group.that is the most important part that i see.also we lean how to present Speech in front of others it is very difficult at first.but this session teach us how to do that.
Also making CV is not easy.it is very important thing for get Job but i think i learn making good quality CV from this.
We had in class activities, Out door activities, out bound training program's, out side visits, visiting lectures and etc.This activity's make our team spirit and Leadership skills.

Pen and Tread Game

What we got, one blank paper a long thread  a pen Rules Can’t tough the pen. Everyone tought the tread and participate. Can’t tough the paper. The team had to think of a way to do it.  At first we thought of covering the whole pen with thread provided.  But the lecturer asked us not to use that technique. Then we thought of another plan.  We tied the pen from above and below as one person could handle it. But couldn't write with as we expected.  The reason was that the downward force needed to write with a bolt point pen was not provided.  So we tied another piece from above and all other members gave the downward force while one man wrote nice on the paper using the thread. Think creatively. Identify the need. Find the most appropriate option to do the task our team word ‘VIPER’ without touching the pen,so this game is awsome.

Barter Puzzle(Time to Do collection)

TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY     Teams must work together to complete a puzzle as quickly as possible. Initially the teams will be divided and given separate bags of puzzle pieces. They will think that they are competing against each other and then come to realise that they have no way of completing the puzzle unless they work with the other sub-teams as they hold the missing pieces of the puzzle . Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces Setup Divide up the puzzle and place an equal amount of pieces into each team bag Split the team into 2 smaller sub-teams (or more depending on the size of your group) and hand each team a bag.
