Look Back path We came Personal Development program is best Lectures i visit.every day we came we Learn new things.also this is more than lecture we add lots of things to our life.Working with industry we need lots of Experience how to interact with others not only the education.this session teach us how to do work with group.that is the most important part that i see.also we lean how to present Speech in front of others it is very difficult at first.but this session teach us how to do that. Also making CV is not easy.it is very important thing for get Job but i think i learn making good quality CV from this. We had in class activities, Out door activities, out bound training program's, out side visits, visiting lectures and etc.This activity's make our team spirit and Leadership skills.

About Naval and Maritime Academy  Naval and Maritime Academy (NMA) plays the most prominent role by imparting professional training for both Officers and Senior / Junior ratings in Sri Lanka Navy (SLN). The Academy is situated within the picturesque Naval Dockyard, Trincomalee. Trincomalee is considered as one of the best natural harbours in the world with rich history of maritime affiliation. This was an amazing training program that i faced.it was on trincomalee we did nice group activities to build our Team working skills. High Voltage Line  This is the first Group activity we did.for that we divide 4 teams for one team there is 17 members .our group name is Bravo.In this activity we have to cross Metal square that tide with rope we have to go through the square with out touch it.for one time one member and only one can help to across that member.from 17 team member we select 12 members for this challenge and  we have to cross that one 5 mins time frame....
